Outdoor Sauna Tent Supplier Guide: Fabric, Stove Port and Freight

An outdoor sauna tent is a portable heated shelter, not a lightweight camping tent with a sauna label added. The shell, frame, ventilation, stove port and accessory kit all affect how the unit performs as a packable product. For a distributor or outdoor retailer, those details are more useful than a generic list of benefits.

What is the tent shell made from?

The outdoor tents in this range use a 210D Oxford outer shell, a 120 g non-woven padding layer and an Oxford inner layer. The frame uses solid fibreglass rods. Model sizes use different rod diameters, and the larger models include transparent TPU window panels. Compare the specification line by model rather than assuming every size has the same structure.

Is a stove included with the tent?

No. The tent and the wood burning stove are separate items. The tents have a stove pipe port, and the ACHL00-X stainless steel stove is supplied with a five-section chimney set and a carry bag. A buyer needs to confirm the pairing, the stove port, the jack cover and the packed accessory list when building a complete outdoor sauna offer.

What size should a wholesale range stock?

The range covers 150 × 150 × 165 cm for 1–2 people, 180 × 180 × 210 cm for 3–4 people, and 210 × 210 × 220 cm for 4–5 people. Packed weight runs from roughly 10 kg to 17.5 kg depending on the model. The largest tent is not automatically the right first order: storage, set-up space, shipping cost and the target buyer matter.

Which accessories should be in the quote?

  • Storage sack
  • Snow stakes and guy lines
  • Stove jack cover where listed
  • Window panels where listed
  • Stove and chimney set if the buyer is ordering the complete system
  • User manual and approved packing list

The accessories are easy to overlook because they are not visible in the hero image. They are also the first items to go missing from a warehouse kit. Put the count and model code into the quotation, and photograph the packed kit before shipment.

How should a buyer compare freight?

Compare the packed dimensions and weight for the exact tent and stove combination, not the assembled footprint. The volume of a packed tent can change with the window panels, pole set and carry sack. If the shipment mixes several sizes, ask for a packing list by model before choosing LCL or FCL.

Treat the tent, stove, chimney set and accessories as one product system for quoting, even when they are separate SKUs. That is the only way to compare two outdoor sauna offers on the same basis.
